Hello there!

I am an autistic Kurdish-Arab writer who enjoys bringing many projects to life. I was born in Baghdad, Iraq, and I love to write especially positive experiences from my heritage. There’s too much negative news about Iraq so I prefer to focus on the great things that have come from that country. I do this by delving into Mesopotamian history through my stories and workshops that I deliver into schools and libraries.

I do other projects too like creating card games and you are free to browse through all the projects I have been involved in the past. Some might still be available to purchase too!

As a Physics teacher I developed science card games that made physics concepts fun. One of these was the Loop Card Games for Forces and Energy and Light & Sound topics. I’m pretty sure every secondary state school received a free pack when it launched in 2005. After that I distributed thousands more on requests from teachers directly.

Top Careers is a project where I co-ordinated, edited, and procured sponsorship for each career card. This was an ambitious project which became a bestseller with educational distributor – Prospects. It also sold into the Science Museum.
